We are so excited to welcome you to Northern Kentucky for the 2026 KASL Summer Refresher. All of our sessions will take place at Scott High School on Monday, July 13, and Tuesday, July 14.

On Monday, participants will have the opportunity to choose from among several one and one half hour sessions in order to earn 3 hours of PD credit for the day. The Demco Book Doctor, will be a featured presenter. 

On Tuesday, we will offer a variety of one-hour sessions as well as an opening keynote address.

Melissa Stewart, author of more than 200 science books, will be our keynote speaker and will be available for a book signing session.

Tuesday presenters will receive a code for a 50% discount in mid-April. If your proposal is accepted, you will receive a code that unlocks the option to choose presenter pricing for $30.

Call for Proposals:

KASL members and non-members alike are encouraged to present at our 2026 Summer Refresher Conference in Taylor Mill, Kentucky! Presenters enjoy discounted conference registration, so consider submitting one or more proposals today.

On Monday, July 13th, participants can choose from several 90-minute sessions to earn three hours of PD credit for the day.

On Tuesday, July 14th, we will offer a full day of 55-minute sessions led by YOU! Your colleagues would love to hear about the successful strategies and programs working in your library.

Proposals are due by Wednesday, April 15th. Call for Proposals Form
